Adult Faith Formation

Faith formation doesn't end when a person finishes Confirmation Class or turns 21. The deepest questions of faith grow in us all life long, and our need for spiritual formation grows, too. Join other seekers in a community of acceptance and care as we walk the path together.

Trinity's Sunday morning classes for adults are short-term gatherings designed to offer learning and spiritual growth for every adult, regardless of Bible knowledge (or lack of it), church experience, age or life stage. Classes are always open to all, and are held September through May. See bulletin and newsletter for current offerings.

Discovery Classes inform minds and transform hearts through the leadership of experts, scholars, and speakers from both the congregation and community. Topics vary widely and include social justice, current events, progressive theology, community outreach, and much more. Held in the Library from 9:15-10:15am.

Discussion Circles are relaxed and engaging conversation groups led by skilled facilitators to explore the Bible, spiritual practices, congregational vitality, and the life-long journey of faith. Held at 11:45am in the Parlor, with lunch.

Health Ministry Classes, offered by our Parish Nurse and Health Ministry Team, are held about once a month to promote the spiritual, mental, and physical well-being of the faith community using Jesus Christ as model. Held in the Discovery Room.
